Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Deputy Division Director to support DOJ under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote role involves assisting the Division Contract Director in managing high volumes of work and coordinating functions across divisions, with occasional on-site expectations near Washington, DC.

The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, strong communication skills, and prior litigation support or program management

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Division Contract Director in managing high volumes of work for an assigned Division.
• Exercise delegated authority over a functional area or a large project or group of projects.
• Perform all Division Contract Director management and coordinating functions as assigned.
• Attend numerous periodic and ad hoc face‑to‑face meetings with the COR and Government Case Managers.
