Job summary

Kion is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts. You will collaborate with the CSM and AE, own the technical lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, and drive adoption of platform features and FinOps best practices.

In this remote-first role, you will manage 8–10 strategic accounts plus mid-tier ones, lead 90-day onboarding, run tiered check-ins, coordinate with engineering and support, and deliver value

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to tailor messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience navigating government customer environments and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as their primary technical contact.
• Lead onboarding to a 90-day time-to-value standard and coordinate quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to address issues and drive adoption.
• Prepare and present TBQ (business) reviews and usage/value reports for executives.
