Job summary

Wilson is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to partner with clients and recruiters, identifying and presenting top talent for diverse roles. You will source creatively, build candidate pools, and conduct phone screenings while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible when priorities shift.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with social media and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective sourcing strategy to identify top talent.
• Conduct complex internet searches via search engines, social media, and recruitment tools.
• Network and build robust candidate pools across locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess fit against client requirements and culture.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and overall satisfaction.
• Manage ATS data entry and reporting; participate in special projects.
