Engine, a fast-growing B2B travel and fintech platform, is seeking an experienced Sourcer to own top-of-funnel pipeline for Product Manager roles across consumer and B2B2C surfaces. This is a remote US 6-month contract starting immediately.

You will build high-quality candidate pipelines, use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, craft outreach, screen candidates, and align with hiring managers to refine profiles. Prior Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years sourcing or recruiting with a PM focus.
• Experience sourcing PM talent in consumer tech, B2B2C, or marketplaces.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong written outreach and autonomous workflow management.
• Greenhouse ATS experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for Product Manager roles across Engine's consumer tech and B2B2C product areas
• Build and maintain high-quality passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other direct sourcing channels
• Develop targeted outreach strategies and messaging sequences to engage PM talent effectively
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualification, interest and availability, then introduce candidates to the Recruiting team
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to calibrate on successful candidate profiles and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
• Track pipeline activity and provide regular funnel reporting on outreach, response rates, and qualified candidates surfaced
