Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics and use data to improve targeting and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of engineering talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Own market mapping: research the landscape, identify target companies and profiles, understand where top engineers live.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to surface passive candidates for competitive roles.
• Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and articulate our mission and team.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
