Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of effective sourcing techniques and employer branding principles.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
