MarketStar is seeking a data-driven Talent Recruiter to support North America with full-cycle recruitment. Location: Utah (Remote). This 3-month contract role will drive the sourcing, screening, and hiring process to bring exceptional talent to our teams and customers.

You will partner with hiring managers and leaders, manage the ATS, and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes. Strong communication and compliance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
• Proficiency with ATS software; Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and compliance.
• Ability to work with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle from posting to offer.
• Use job boards, networking events, and industry platforms to source candidates.
• Build relationships with internal and client stakeholders for alignment.
• Own the candidate experience from application to employment.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to hiring managers and leadership.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
