MarketStar is seeking a motivated Talent Recruiter to support North America hiring efforts. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to hiring, and partner with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals. Location: Utah; Term: 3-month contract.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring goals and deadlines.

• Proficiency with ATS software; Workday experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment-related legal requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, and industry platforms.
• Screen resumes and assess fit for skills, experience, and culture.
• Build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to align hiring needs.
• Ensure timely posting of requisitions and maintain ATS data integrity.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to managers and leadership.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
