Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a motivated, data-driven Talent Recruiter to support North America hiring on a 3-month contract. You will manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hire, partnering with sales teams and leaders to align profiles with business needs.

You will source candidates through job boards, events, and industry platforms, own the candidate experience, provide weekly updates to managers, and maintain ATS data integrity. Utah-based, remote position with North America scope.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in sales.
• Proven track record meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
• Proficient with ATS software; Workday experience preferred.
• Understand recruitment-related legal requirements and compliance.
• Experience working with hiring managers and leaders to create strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process from posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job boards, events, and industry platforms.
• Foster relationships with internal and client stakeholders to align needs.
• Own the candidate experience from application to employment.
