Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a motivated, data-driven Talent Recruiter to support North America hiring efforts. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to hire, focusing on top talent for MarketStar and its clients.

Location is Utah Remote with a 3-month contract, offering exposure to a fast-paced sales environment. You will source candidates, review resumes, and partner with hiring managers to craft effective recruitment strategies, while maintaining strong candidate relationships and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
• Experience sourcing candidates through diverse channels.
• Familiarity with ATS software; Workday experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entirety of the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to find and engage potential candidates.
• Perform comprehensive resume reviews and candidate screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
• Grow and foster a multitude of corporate relationships with internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment to job profiles and hiring needs.
• Ensure new requisitions are open and posted in a timely manner and in alignment with internal processes.
• Own the candidate experience by fostering a world-class hiring journey from application to employment.
• Provide comprehensive weekly recruiting updates to hiring managers, stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Continuously maintain candidate relationships with qualified active and passive candidates for new positions.
• Maintain data integrity through accurate and timely updates to the ATS.
