Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a data-driven Talent Recruiter to support North America hiring efforts. This 3-month contract role in Utah (Remote) will involve sourcing, screening, and securing top talent, managing the full recruiting cycle, and delivering a candidates-centric hiring process.

You will partner with hiring managers and leaders, analyze recruiting metrics, and maintain strong candidate relationships to fill current and future roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting competitive hiring goals and deadlines.
• Ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates through diverse channels.
• Proficiency in utilizing and managing ATS software; Workday experience preferred.
• Good understanding of recruitment-related legal requirements and best practices, ensuring compliance.
• Experience working with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruiting metrics and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entirety of the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to find and engage potential candidates.
• Perform resume reviews and candidate screens to assess fit.
• Grow relationships with internal and client stakeholders for alignment to profiles and needs.
• Ensure requisitions are posted in a timely manner and aligned with internal processes.
• Own the candidate experience from application to employment.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to hiring managers and leadership.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and provide insights to improve processes.
• Maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for future positions.
• Keep ATS data accurate and up to date.
