Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing is seeking a Talent Partner to own the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing to onboarding, while advocating for each staffer’s long-term success. You’ll manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, coordinate with clients, and drive engagement in a fully remote setting with EST 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM availability.

This full-time independent contractor role requires exclusive commitment, no part-time or freelance engagements after hire, and exposes you to diverse

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success.
• Strong organization and time management to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment and EST 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, boards, referrals and more.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, assess fit, and manage pipelines.
• Coach candidates and guide them through offers and onboarding.
• Own portfolio of up to 50 staffers and monitor engagement and growth.
