The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills (Boolean search), and excellent English communication.

• Sourcing skills including Boolean search and multi-requisition organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate side of the recruiting cycle for US- and Canada-based roles, from first outreach through pre-onboarding.
• Source qualified accounting and finance candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
• Manage every candidate in Ashby with up-to-date stages, notes, and scorecards.
• Support offers and pre-onboarding, keeping candidates engaged until Day 1.

• Focus on a fast-moving pipeline and polished candidate experience that turns into successful placements.

What You’ll Do:

• Source qualified accounting and finance candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
• Manage every candidate in Ashby with up-to-date stages, notes, and scorecards.
• Support offers and pre-onboarding, keeping candidates engaged until Day 1.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with excellent spoken and written English.
• Hands-on sourcing skills including Boolean search and strong organization for multiple requisitions.
• Willingness to work US Eastern Time from the Philippines with a reliable home office setup.
