Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is hiring a Talent Partner – US Recruiter to own the recruiting desk for North American accounting talent. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through client interviews, coordinating offers and onboarding from the Philippines, aligning with US business hours.

You’ll manage a fast-paced pipeline, ensure candidate experience, and partner with clients to place top finance talent across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across North America.
• Excellent spoken and written English for NA candidates and clients.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified US and Canadian accounting and finance candidates.
• Screen candidates via phone/video and coordinate assessments.
• Manage pipelines in Ashby and keep stakeholders updated.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and debrief after.
