Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in talent operations or HR coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Proficient with ATS and HRIS; familiar with Slack, Zoom, Trello.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret hiring data and provide insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and remote-work capable.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, posting, sourcing, screening, and communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including background checks and training.
• Manage HR systems and ATS/HRIS to ensure data accuracy.
• Act as liaison between recruiters, managers, and candidates.
• Analyze hiring metrics and generate reports to improve strategies.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to accelerate hiring.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support DEI initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
• Monitor employee engagement and retention, sharing insights.
