Job summary

Mento is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to own and transform how we recruit, onboard, and support our growing coach community. This hands-on role blends people, process, and technology to build AI-powered recruiting workflows, scalable operations, and a remarkable candidate experience across executive and operator-level coaching roles.

You'll design and implement end-to-end systems, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements that enable faster,

Qualifications

Strong recruiter with ownership of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to hiring.
Comfort engaging with executives and operators and delivering a standout candidate experience.
Experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows and scalable operations.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle coach recruiting from sourcing through interviewing, selection, and hire.
Build relationships with executives and operators, maintaining high-quality candidates.
Redesign workflows to eliminate manual work and increase scalability.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, and integrations.
Connect tools, data, and processes to improve efficiency and reporting.
Manage coach journey from hiring through onboarding and activation.
