Descripción de la vacante

SaidGig is seeking a remote, full-time onboarding and customer-success leader to coordinate distributed expert talent for AI training and data operations. You will connect operators, data, product, engineering, and enterprise clients to deliver reliable human intelligence at scale.

You will manage onboarding at scale, drive retention, publish weekly performance reports, and partner with product and engineering as needs evolve.

Formación

Strong written communication and clear, structured messaging.
Experience operating in remote, distributed environments with ownership.
Ability to lead 100+ contributors with operational visibility.
Data fluency with dashboards, KPIs, and diagnostics.
Onboarding, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership experience.
Familiarity with modern tools (ATS, analytics, automation).

Responsabilidades

Lead onboarding, activation, and success of distributed talent for AI training and data ops.
Publish weekly performance and milestone reports with actionable signals.
Drive customer-success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
Manage relationships with enterprise clients and internal teams.
Identify blockers and optimize onboarding, QA, and retention systems.
