Job summary

P2PSoftTek Inc. is seeking a Workday Talent Management and Learning consultant for a remote role supporting enterprise HR and talent development.

The successful candidate will configure and maintain Workday Talent Management and Learning modules, enable performance reviews, goal management, career development, and learning campaigns, and deliver robust reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Talent Management and Learning modules for enterprise HR and talent development.
• Proficient in configuring talent processes: performance reviews, goal management, development, and succession planning.
• Implemented and maintained Workday Learning functionality including courses, campaigns, and learner assignments.
• Skilled in Workday reports, dashboards, integrations, and data loads (EIB, web services).
• Experience with testing (functional, regression, UAT) and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Talent Management and Learning modules to align with HR requirements.
• Develop and maintain learning programs, curricula, and campaigns; manage enrollment rules and learner assignments.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and L&D stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning participation and talent metrics.
• Handle integrations and data loads using EIB and Workday web services; support validation and releases.
