Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting delivery across multiple locations, oversee UKG Pro onboarding, compliance, and data reporting, and drive team performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Workforce Strategy, this role will coordinate with Operations and HR while managing select high-volume searches.

The ideal candidate will coach for results, use data to improve performance, and ensure smooth onboarding and system accuracy

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition or related HR function
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience
• Experience leading multisite or multi-state recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
• Strong knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify with audit-ready records

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and workload plans to ensure timely hiring and start dates
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across multiple locations
• Guide sourcing strategies for difficult markets and bilingual talent
• Manage onboarding in UKG Pro from offer to start date, including screening and documentation
• Partner with Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Sales, and leaders to support workforce needs
• Improve recruiting and onboarding processes and train the team
