Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead a client implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). You will partner with IT and HR, manage the full project lifecycle, and drive governance and executive reporting to ensure a successful deployment.

The role is onsite four days per week with one remote day, focusing on data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), training, cutover planning, and Hypercare support across multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise system implementations from planning through go-live and post-production support.
• Experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other ATS platforms across HR/IT with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track risks and dependencies, manage budgets and timelines.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and establish project governance.

• -5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise system implementations from planning through go-live and post-production support
• -Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), or comparable HR/ATS platform implementations
• -Experience managing ATS, HRIS, HCM, or Talent Acquisition system implementations with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and third-party vendors
• -Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• -Experience migrating from Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition to Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• -Experience implementing other ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.) -PMP or other PM certifications

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a project manager that will lead a client's implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) as the organization transitions from Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition. This individual will partner closely with an internal IT Program Manager and serve as the primary point of coordination between HR, IT, and the implementation vendor to ensure a successful deployment. Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through post-go-live stabilization, developing and maintaining project plans, tracking risks and dependencies, managing budgets and timelines, and providing executive-level status reporting. The Project Manager will establish project governance, facilitate change control processes, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive accountability across all workstreams. This role will oversee data migration activities, testing efforts including SIT and UAT, defect resolution, training coordination, cutover planning, and Hypercare support. The ideal candidate has successfully managed large-scale system implementations, preferably involving Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other ATS platforms, and can confidently navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders while representing Trinity Industries professionally throughout the engagement. The position is onsite 4 days and 1 day remote.
