Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure Pty Ltd seeks a Manager, Talent Development & People Programs to lead enterprise onboarding and learning-experience design. You will own the end-to-end onboarding strategy, deliver engaging development solutions, and partner across HR systems to scale a hybrid, growth-focused program.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D, strong instructional design, and experience with LMS/LXP platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design, or learning experience design.
• Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end onboarding programs or significant employee lifecycle initiatives.
• Experience facilitating engaging workshops/learning experiences virtually, blended, and in person.
• Experience building and scaling programs in a high-growth or hybrid environment.
• Strong instructional design skills and content development, including digital and blended learning and facilitator guides.
• Proficiency with content authoring, visual design, and learning technology tools.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, direct communicator who translates complex ideas into practical content.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Rowan's enterprise onboarding strategy and new employee experience roadmap; define success metrics and governance.
• Develop and manage a scalable onboarding framework through Day 90 for a distributed workforce.
• Lead onboarding projects from concept to implementation with standardized plans and cross-functional workflows.
• Partner with People Operations to coordinate onboarding activities and systems like HiBob.
• Ensure onboarding connects to the broader talent development lifecycle.
• Build onboarding program components: orientation, learning journeys, guides, check-ins, and connections.
