Job summary

Mythic Talent is seeking a highly organized Talent Coordinator to manage day-to-day sponsorship and creator campaigns. You will execute deals from intake to completion, track deliverables, and coordinate across Talent, Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes logistics, clear communication with creators, and maintaining campaign documentation. Remote-friendly environment and opportunities for growth within talent operations are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year in talent management, campaign management, influencer marketing, or related area.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of sponsorships and creator campaigns from intake to completion.
• Track deliverables, timelines, platforms, and approvals across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate with Talent Managers, Campaign Managers, Sales and Operations for smooth handoffs.
• Ensure contracts and campaign details are documented and shared internally.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate risks or issues as needed.
