Behavioral-Health-Works,-Inc is hiring an ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end recruitment for ABA professionals, build pipelines, and partner with leaders to meet staffing goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs), RBTs, or ABA professionals is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Results-driven mindset with ability to track recruiting KPIs, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Proactive approach to building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and improving outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and platforms.
• Drive recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate ATS records of candidate data, requisitions, and activity.

We’re looking for a results-driven ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire talented professionals for our ABA and behavioral health teams, including Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment: Manage positions from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding handoff
• Build strong talent pipelines: Proactively source active and passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
• Drive recruiting KPIs: Monitor time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with hiring leaders: Align on staffing priorities, candidate qualifications, and hiring timelines to keep recruitment moving efficiently
• Deliver a great candidate experience: Maintain timely communication, consistent follow-up, and a professional, organized hiring process
• Maintain accurate ATS records: Ensure candidate information, requisition status, and recruiting activity are documented accurately
• Improve recruiting outcomes: Identify pipeline bottlenecks, evaluate sourcing strategies, and use data to improve productivity and quality of hire

What You’ll Bring
