Behavioral Health Works is seeking an ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a fully remote US-based role. This role emphasizes data-driven hiring, strong candidate experiences, and collaboration with hiring leaders to meet staffing goals while maintaining high standards in the ABA community.

Qualifications

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting ABA professionals (BTs/RBTs) preferred
Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
Build strong talent pipelines via proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and sourcing platforms
Drive recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, conversion rates, offer acceptance, sourcing effectiveness
Partner with hiring leaders to align on staffing priorities and timelines
Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication and organized process
Maintain accurate ATS records for candidate and requisition status
Identify bottlenecks and use data to improve productivity and quality of hire
