Behavioral Health Works is seeking an ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for ABA and behavioral health teams, including BTs and RBTs. This fully remote role involves building pipelines, screening, interviewing, and partnering with hiring leaders to hit staffing goals with a positive candidate experience.

You will focus on data-driven recruiting, maintaining ATS records, and improving sourcing strategies while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting ABA professionals preferred (BTs/RBTs).
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding handoff.
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for ABA roles.
• Track recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, conversion, offer acceptance).
• Partner with hiring leaders to align staffing priorities and timelines.
• Deliver a professional, timely candidate experience and maintain ATS records.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies to enhance productivity and quality of hire.
