Behavioral-Health-Works,-Inc is seeking an ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for ABA and behavioral health roles in a fully remote environment. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with leaders to meet staffing goals while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

In this role you’ll track recruiting KPIs, optimize sourcing strategies, and deliver timely, high-quality hires for BTs and RBTs. Competitive pay at $27/hr plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting ABA professionals (BTs/RBTs) preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationships skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Results-driven with ability to track KPIs and manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Proactive in building talent pipelines and improving outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to onboarding handoff.
• Build strong talent pipelines via outreach, referrals, networking, platforms.
• Drive recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, conversion, offers, sourcing efficiency.
• Partner with hiring leaders on staffing priorities and timelines.
• Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication.
• Maintain accurate ATS records of candidates and requisitions.
• Identify bottlenecks and use data to improve productivity and quality.
