Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead for a fully remote contract role. You will design and execute recruitment strategies, coach recruiters, and partner with senior leadership to meet hiring goals across the organization.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, manage remote teams, and ensure a strong candidate experience. Excellent English communication and the ability to work EST hours are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
• 4+ years in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role.
• Experience managing remote recruitment teams preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient recruitment operations.
• Coach and develop recruiters, set priorities and measurable goals.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies across departments and levels.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to plan workforce needs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Manage pipelines and ensure progression through each hiring stage.
• Monitor recruiter productivity, timelines, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Maintain consistent candidate evaluations and strong candidate experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing and workflows.
