Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Full-desk experience, including winning new business and managing client relationships.
• Expertise within an industry vertical or professional discipline.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on commitments.
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to share expertise and contribute to team success.
• A commitment to accountability, communication, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop client relationships within your industry or functional specialty.
• Manage recruitment assignments from client intake through successful placement.
• Source, assess, and present qualified candidates for permanent professional positions.
• Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, hiring needs, and working environment.
• Partner with colleagues on existing searches, candidate opportunities, and client development.
• Guide clients and candidates through interviews, offer negotiations, and placement decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and clear communication throughout each search.
