Job summary

Carnegie seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, from outreach to offer, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and search strategy. You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, run structured screenings, and guide candidates with a positive experience at every stage.

You’ll help shape tools and processes, including AI and a new ATS, and collaborate with leaders on workforce planning while thriving in a remote-capable, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in recruiting, HR, or related roles, or a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate assessment.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO/ADA) and compliant hiring practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates; build interview rubrics with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain steady progress across searches.
• Deliver timely updates to candidates and managers and manage expectations.
• Handle reference checks, offers, and smooth handoffs to start dates.
• Support branding, process improvements, and use of ATS/AI tools.
