Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume staffing across project-based, operational, proposal, and corporate functions. This role partners with hiring teams to meet time-sensitive needs and ensures compliant recruiting across multiple capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong ATS skills (ADP Recruiting Manager), and the ability to operate across time zones while traveling as needed. Remote work from the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-5 years in professional recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or related.
• Experience with sourcing, reviewing applications, screening, interview coordination, offer support; familiarity with ATS and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for project-based, operational, proposal, and corporate positions across multiple capabilities.
• Review applications and resumes to determine minimum and preferred qualifications.
• Conduct candidate phone screens to verify qualifications and role alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, communications, feedback, and next steps throughout hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Monitor pipelines, communicate status, and escalate risks affecting timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using ATS, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Source active and passive candidates using Boolean searches and targeted pipelines.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand workforce needs and timelines.
• Provide guidance on recruiting strategies, labor market conditions, and compensation trends.
• Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding.
