Qualifications

• Two to five years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with sourcing, applicant screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Knowledge of employment compliance: EEO, FLSA, OFCCP fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using ADP Recruiting Manager or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for project-based, operational, proposal, and corporate positions across multiple capabilities.
• Review applications and resumes to determine minimum and preferred qualifications.
• Conduct candidate phone screens to verify qualifications and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, communications, and hiring decisions throughout hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS documentation.
• Monitor pipelines, communicate status, and elevate risks to timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using ATS, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Source active and passive candidates with Boolean searches and pipeline development.
• Provide guidance on recruiting strategies, labor market conditions, and compensation trends.
• Prepare offer documentation and onboard new hires.
• Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
