Job summary

DTC Digital Health in Poland is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our U.S.-facing DTC health platform. This remote role focuses on Creative, Marketing, Design and Tech, collaborating with the Israel team to build strong pipelines across Poland and Eastern Europe.

You'll source, screen, interview, and extend offers, maintaining a fast-paced startup tempo and delivering an excellent candidate experience while managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing/headhunting.
• Ability to identify, approach, and engage passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for Creative, Marketing, Design, or Tech roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offers and hiring.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Recruit across Creative, Marketing, Design, Tech, and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive decisions.
• Build talent pipelines across Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Manage multiple processes with speed, quality, and candidate experience.
