DTC Digital Health in Poland is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our U.S.-facing DTC health platform. This remote role focuses on Creative, Marketing, Design and Tech, collaborating with the Israel team to build strong pipelines across Poland and Eastern Europe.

You'll source, screen, interview, and extend offers, maintaining a fast-paced startup tempo and delivering an excellent candidate experience while managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing/headhunting.
• Ability to identify, approach, and engage passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for Creative, Marketing, Design, or Tech roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

DTC Digital Health | Poland | Full-time, Remote

We’re serial entrepreneurs building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. Small team, strong execution, no fluff.

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find great people and get things done. Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and knows how to identify and engage top talent.

You’ll work closely with our HR team and hiring managers in Israel, leading recruitment across Poland and Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Creative, Marketing, Design, and Tech roles.

This is a true startup role: demanding pace, high expectations, multiple open positions, and tight deadlines. We’re looking for someone resourceful, independent, and persistent who can deliver results without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and hiring.

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, job boards, and other creative channels.

• Recruit across Creative, Marketing, Design, Tech, and other business functions.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring decisions.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Poland and Eastern Europe.

• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

• Keep our ATS organized and up to date, tracking candidate progress and recruitment performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in tech companies, startups, or recruitment agencies.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing/headhunting.

• Strong ability to identify, approach, and engage passive candidates.

• Experience recruiting for Creative, Marketing, Design, or Tech roles.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Resourceful, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Based in Poland, with availability to work full-time remotely and collaborate closely with our team in Israel.
