Job summary

Medsien is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with internal stakeholders and drive end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing remote healthcare SaaS company. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while upholding privacy and security standards.

The role requires 7+ years of recruitment experience, excellent English, and the ability to work with the Eastern US time zone. This is a permanent-term contractor position based in Istanbul with fully remote options.

Qualifications

• University degree in social sciences, management or economics.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with recruiting sourcing tools and ATS.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work with Eastern US time and 16:00–00:00 Turkey time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders requesting HR resources.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Document and align with company values during recruitment.
