Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Europe while supporting clinical trial operations. This one-year contract offers remote work within the UK and a chance to influence hiring across multiple functions.

You will post compelling job ads, source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, screen interviews, manage the ATS, build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle recruitment experience in clinical research or pharma preferred.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment advertising channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, post, and maintain engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to target audience and sourcing channels.
• Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified vacancies through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, talent pools, referral programs, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and first-round interviews, assessments and provide comprehensive interview feedback to hiring managers.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System with candidates, requisitions, and recruitment activity records.
• Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI.
• Ongoing partnership with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process and promoting the employer brand.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring activity reports to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Liaises with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners to attract and assess talent, if applicable.
