Canopy Connect, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Marketing. This role begins as a 3-month contractor with conversion to full-time; benefits start at conversion.

You will source in-house, design interviews with hiring managers, manage the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience while strengthening Canopy's employer brand across US and Canada.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a startup.
• Experience hiring both technical and go-to-market roles.
• Strong sourcer able to fill roles without agency support.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Clear, concise and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organization and judgment to influence hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: partner with hiring managers to define needs, write job descriptions, post roles, source, screen, coordinate interviews, run offers and close candidates.
• Do all sourcing in-house using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, outbound and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on interview design, scorecards and calibration for consistency and speed.
• Run our ATS and hiring operations, including pipeline hygiene, reporting, templates and offer workflows.
• Provide a great candidate experience and embody Canopy's mission and culture.
• Strengthen employer brand via job content, candidate communications and presence on hiring channels.
• Track metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion and source effectiveness to improve hiring.
• Recruit across the US and Canada.
