Job summary

Canopy Connect is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruiting end-to-end across engineering, sales, customer success, operations, and marketing. This role is fully remote and part of a distributed team, focusing on building a scalable hiring process.

The position starts as a 3-month contract with the goal of converting to full-time, offering equity, competitive benefits, and a 401(k) with a 3.5% match.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a startup.
• Strong sourcer comfortable filling technical and go-to-market roles.
• Self-motivated, organized, and a clear communicator.
