Job summary

The Donohoe Companies, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including internship programs and college career fairs.

You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while coordinating onboarding with HR and IT, and maintaining strong relationships across the company and with external partners. Strong knowledge of onboarding, training, retention, and ATS usage, plus excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential for

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with employee onboarding
• Knowledge and experience with employee training and development principles
• Knowledge of employee retention strategies
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Competencies in Microsoft Office Suite
• Well organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and interview coordination for internship programs
• Full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
• Organize college career fairs and follow up activities
• Select summer interns to meet staffing requirements
• Oversee onboarding coordination with HR and IT
• Develop and post engaging job postings on various boards and sites
• Maintain ATS and recruitment database at each stage
• Coordinate candidate communications and interview logistics
• Draft offer letters and send to hiring managers
• Build relationships with operational leaders and external organizations
