MM Coaching Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle hiring for a fast-growing online coaching company. This full-time remote role involves building strong candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and owning the hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

You will partner with department leads and the CEO to identify needs, evaluate candidates with structured methods, and raise hiring standards while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in online marketing, coaching, or education preferred.
• Proficient with Boolean search techniques and ATS systems.
• Fluent, professional communication and strong candidate handling.
• Process-driven, organized, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Source and build pipelines to attract top-tier talent.
• Screen candidates and conduct first-touch calls.
• Coordinate interviews from start to finish.
• Use scorecards and structured evaluation.
• Extend offers and close candidates.
• Oversee onboarding and document candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with CEOs and department leads on hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and market benchmarks.
