Viamericas, a global cross-border payments company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape hiring across the US and international markets. You will partner with the VP of Global HR and leaders to forecast needs, define roles, and develop effective search strategies while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This fully remote role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, Lever ATS administration, and building strong relationships with recruiters, universities, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or HR certification in lieu of degree.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred; will accept HR certification in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruiting.
• Bilingual – English & Spanish required.
• Strong hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS; Lever ATS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Partner with VP of Global HR and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for US and international markets including postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Oversee Lever ATS administration and maintain recruiting documentation.
• Develop employer branding and sourcing strategies using boards, social networks, referrals, and pipelines.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reports and workforce insights.
• Build relationships with local recruiters, universities, vendors, and professional organizations.
