• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of recruiting for varying levels of positions.
• Creative approaches to find and attract top talent.
• Self-sufficient with ability to drive full lifecycle recruiting.
• Proactive networking and relationship-building.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and process-oriented work.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with time-management skills.
• Knowledge of confidentiality rules, compliance, employment, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
• Identify, source, and engage healthcare providers creatively.
• Conduct video interviews to assess fit for virtual practice.
• Build and expand a network of provider talent and industry contacts.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates with timely updates.
• Review and pre-screen candidates for qualifications and experience.
• Maintain understanding of Teladoc Health's services and provider requirements.
• Provide regular recruiting activity updates and market insights to leadership.
• Document and track candidate activity in the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Partner with Credentialing, Onboarding, Training, Operations for smooth hiring.
