Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, associations, and internal databases.
• Conduct career discussions with prospective candidates to explain services and identify roles.
• Create ads for hard-to-fill specialties using Canva.
• Identify new avenues for candidate generation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Manatal.
• Create job postings for our website and LinkedIn.
• Lead referral email campaigns.
