Heartland Dental is seeking an Executive Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring for senior corporate and operational roles nationwide. You will partner with executives and stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, map markets, and build leadership pipelines while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting, including leadership searches, with remote work capability and travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including 2 years on senior leadership searches.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience for professional, leadership, and executive roles.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent executive searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong partnerships with senior leaders and hiring stakeholders with strategic insights.
• 2+ years partnering with external executive search firms and agencies.
• Proficiency with ATS and productivity tools (iCIMS, Workday, MS Office, AI recruiting tech).

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for Sr. Manager through Sr. Director-level corporate roles.
• Manage 15–20 concurrent executive searches with ATS visibility.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to understand business objectives and talent needs.
• Provide data-informed market insights and consultative recruiting guidance.
• Develop leadership talent pipelines through market mapping and engagement with active/passive candidates.
• Evaluate and assess leadership talent with structured selection processes.
• Maintain long-term relationships with high-potential leaders for future pipelines.
• Guide hiring leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, and timelines.
• Evaluate external executive search partners when appropriate.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor search progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and sourcing innovations to improve outcomes.
