Job summary

Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter for a short-term assignment to drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across regional markets. The role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and supports HR needs via the Helpdesk and special projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition, strong communications, and DayForce/ATS proficiency to enable effective staffing and onboarding across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination.
• 3–5 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience with general HR exposure.
• Healthcare/dental recruiting experience is a plus.
• Active involvement in HR/recruiting professional groups (SHRM, ATD) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles across regions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify staffing needs and strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide HR Helpdesk support and assist with HR initiatives as needed.
