Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking an Executive Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to lead senior-level hiring across corporate and operations roles nationwide. You will partner with executives and Leaders to deliver market insights, develop recruitment strategies, and build leadership pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Reporting to the Corporate & Executive Recruiting Manager, you will manage 15–20 ongoing searches, leverage ATS tools, and advise hiring stakeholders on timelines,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in recruiting with at least 2 years directing Sr. Manager–Sr. Director searches.
• Proven success leading end-to-end recruitment for professional, leadership, and executive talent.
• Ability to manage multiple executive searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring stakeholders with strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for Sr. Manager through Sr. Director-level corporate positions and Regional Manager and Director of Operations roles.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 15–20 concurrent leadership and executive searches with accurate ATS data.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to understand objectives, succession needs, and talent requirements.
• Provide data-informed recommendations on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategy.
• Build robust leadership pipelines through market mapping and proactive engagement.
• Evaluate leadership talent through structured selection and competency-based interviews.
• Develop long-term relationships with high-potential candidates to strengthen pipelines.
• Offer consultative guidance on market conditions, timelines, and recruiting plans.
• Assess external search partnerships when appropriate and optimize in-house vs third-party models.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
