Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Program Lead for a fully remote role within the United States. You will lead programs that strengthen talent pipelines, oversee the MSP and contingent workforce program, and drive campus recruiting initiatives while partnering with Academic programs to build early talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, staffing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSP & Contingent Workforce Management efforts and serve as primary point of contact for MSP program.
• Oversee campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, information sessions, and early talent pipelines with universities.
• Coordinate Clinical Student Conversion & Relationship Management with Clinical Delivery to optimize post-graduation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain program reports and dashboards to measure performance across MSP, campus recruiting, and clinical student conversion.
• Support cross-functional talent programs such as tuition-reimbursement, employer branding, referrals, or other initiatives.
