Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Program Lead in Talent Acquisition to drive key programs across MSP, contingent workforce, campus engagement, and clinical student conversion. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in talent acquisition or related fields.

You will partner with HR, procurement and university programs to build talent pipelines and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, staffing, vendor management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• MSP & Contingent Workforce Management: primary contact for MSP program; manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Campus Engagement & Early Talent Pipelines: lead campus recruiting, career fairs, sessions and university partnerships.
• Clinical Student Conversion & Relationship Management: coordinate with Clinical Delivery to convert students post-rotation into hires.
• Program Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement: develop dashboards and reports to measure MSP, campus and clinical programs.
• Talent Program Support: assist with tuition-reimbursement, employer branding and referrals.
