Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent for critical roles in engineering, science, and federal contracting. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source candidates, screen, and submit qualified applicants, while building a diverse candidate slate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience in technical, engineering, federal or aerospace domains.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates from multiple data sources.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape sourcing strategy.
• Qualify candidates and manage pipelines in CRM/ATS; engage passive candidates.
• Engage candidates to articulate the value of Amentum opportunities and build relationships.
