Job summary

Acoustic is a dynamic marketing cloud company seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruiting for US-based roles with global scope. You’ll partner with hiring managers across sales, technology, and support functions, leveraging a configured ATS and advanced sourcing tools in a remote environment.

As a trusted talent advisor, you’ll create effective attraction plans, conduct intake sessions and candidate interviews, and ensure high-quality submissions while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle experience in a corporate recruiting role.
• 3+ years of maintaining open jobs and candidate pipelines in an ATS with the ability to learn new technology.
• Extensive experience hiring sales and technology professionals.
• Experience supporting the business as a talent advisor with the ability to generate and discuss talent analytics to support recruiting efforts.
• Ability to create effective talent attraction plans including job postings and social strategy.
• Proven success creating and executing multi-pronged sourcing plans that generate a healthy pipeline of talent.
• Proven ability to conduct intake sessions and candidate interviews with a high ratio of qualified submissions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet SLAs and foster a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruitment of assigned roles in assigned geographies, including building healthy candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build effective recruiting plans.
• Conduct intake sessions on all approved positions.
• Build talent attraction plans including social media strategy.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize tools and methods.
• Conduct effective interviews and maintain a high ratio of qualified candidates.
• Advise hiring managers using talent analytics and best practices.
