Job summary

Charles River Laboratories is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting for client sites and division leadership. This remote, temporary contract role focuses on staffing top talent and building proactive pipelines across the organization.

You will partner with TA peers, manage sourcing efforts, pre-screen candidates, and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers while ensuring process compliance and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years’ related recruiting experience; 1–2 years of scientific staffing desired.
• Proficient in using IT staffing tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and high interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting and staffing processes and best practices for the business.
• Source top talent using cost-effective strategies including job boards, networking, employee referrals, and college recruiting.
• Pre-screen candidates and present qualified ones to the hiring manager with justification.
• Utilize ATS to post jobs, track activity, and support future staffing initiatives.
• Build credibility with hiring managers and senior leadership and stay aligned on process.
• Partner with HRBPs and managers to forecast talent needs and develop pipeline strategies.
• Create and maintain candidate relationships for future openings.
